After qualifying as a dentist in 2003, I have worked for longer than 20 years in General Dentistry, whilst I have continued postgraduate dental courses (including orthodontic and implant courses).
In 2012, I’ve decided to get involved in Private Dentistry becoming the owner and Principal of Portland Street Dental Care. Listening and understanding the patient’s needs is the foundation in order to provide patients with the quality and attention they deserve. It is my belief that caring and gentle dentistry does exist and it is my highest aim to deliver it. Any treatment that a patient experiences in the dental chair should be as pain free as possible.
My main interest is Orthodontics, straightening teeth and giving amazing smiles to my patients. I have finished the MSc in Orthodontics London graduating with a Diploma in Orthodontics (PG Dip Ortho London). I am registered as GDP with British General Dental Council (GDC reg is 111041) and my spare time is dedicated to sport and my young daughter Sophie.
Pam is our Dental Nurse and also Practice Manager. Being one of the longest serving members of staff, she is known for her beaming smile, her reassuring care that she provides with our patients and her dedication as a team member to deliver the best quality of care.
Pam’s hobbies in her spare time are listening to music, cycling and enjoys spending time with horses.
Agnes graduated in 2002 Budapest, Hungary. Prior to becoming a hygienist Agnes graduated as a nurse and she was working in an A&E in Budapest.
Agnes enjoys working with all ages of people as she was working with children back in Hungary. Her favourite aspect of the job is building relationships with anxious patients and helping to improve every individual’s oral health.
Agnes gained a wide range of experience working in various dental practices in the last 20 years providing profilaxis, teeth whitening, gum disease maintenance and air polishing.
In her spare time Agnes loves to play badminton, do pilates, swimming, travelling with her family and looking after the new family member Lilly, the adopted kitten.
Marta is our newest addition to the team as a trainee dental nurse. She fits well into our practice with her positive energy and lovely smile.
She has a Bachelor degree in Science/ Cosmetology and studied Physiotherapy at Wroclaw University, Poland.
She enjoys going to the gym, and in her spare time continues to improve her skills in art work.
